ABSTRACT

Air Pollution is a global problem faced by both the developed as well as the developing nations. Due to the rapid urbanization and traffic density the air quality is worsening globally particularly in India. In many Indian cities, Air pollution has resulted in poor urban air quality. The air pollution can be attributed to emission from transportation, industrial, and residential activities. Various research studies have been carried out in India which linked the air pollution with ill human health. In Gwalior, India the air pollution level is worsening with respect to the particulate matter. During the study air pollutants SPM, RSPM were investigating during 2015-17 by chemical methods along with temperature, relative humidity, and wind direction in Gwalior city in three zones. Intensity of pollutants be observed and analysis by instruments. Eventually respiratory health impacts are seen by preparing a questionnaire to get the respiratory diseases faced by the respondents in the study area.
