ROLE OF SILVER NANOPARTICLES SYNTHESIZED BY Aegle marmelos L. Corr. AGAINST INDUCED TOXICITY IN RAT MODEL BASED ON BLOOD BIOCHEMISTRY

ABSTRACT

 

Biosynthesis of metallic nanoparticles has attracted nowadays, it will revolutionize the field of medicine by creating new therapies. In the present study, Aegle marmelos L. Corr. leaf extract was selected to formulate silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) by an easy, gainful as well as green method with the endeavour of care for heptotoxicity in rats. The produced nanoparticles were characterized by different methods. Intoxicated animals were treated with green synthesized AgNPs at different doses. Liver in addition to blood samples were collected consequent to dissection furthermore subjected to haematological and biochemical assays. The green synthesized AgNPs administration transformed a variety of biochemical considerations which were refurbish towards normal by all the doses of Aegle marmelos mediated AgNPs in dose dependent manner. Thus the study revealed extort of leaf as a potential reducing agent in addition to the usage of plant leaves mediated AgNPs in the field of drug design.
